I think it’s all based on which url you go to.

http://www.google.com.au/

http://www.google.fr/

http://www.google.ca/

http://www.google.com.mx/

http://www.google.es/

http://www.google.cl/

http://www.google.com.ar/

http://www.google.co.uk/

It is kinda funny that some of the different google pages have different pictures for their Google logo. But there might be something with your IP address that google.com uses to see where you are based in. The only issue with that is that your IP address would stay the same no matter where you go… I’m not real sure, but now I’m interested. =)

Google knows your location because of your IP Address. The IP is the address of where your computer is located. You can change your IP with this program –> http://www.softpedia.com/get/Security/Security-Related/Hide-IP.shtml

or you can see your IP address (just for fun) here —> http://www.change-ip-address.com/?gclid=CNnx69m74ZMCFQJ-xgodKnZAWw
