Right click on a blank space above the address bar where you will see it listed. Just uncheck it.

Click on “Tools”, hover the mouse over toolbars, uncheck beside Bing.

Here how to get rid of the tool bar.
Step 1 – Go to Tools and click Add-ons
Step 2 – When the Add-ons box comes up on screen, scroll to the Bing toolbar and look for the “Uninstall” button on the add-on. Uninstall it and restart Firefox.
Once Firefox has restarted, the toolbar is gone.
