Sorry but your question is meaningless. Frequency is not a thing, it cannot be received or transmitted.


Frequency means “number of times per second”. So can you tell us what it is that is varying some number of times per second that you think the brain can receive and transmit? Electrical signals? Radio waves? Something else?
