Megan Washington and DZ Deathrays have launched brand new singles and dates for upcoming Australian shows.

No longer known simply by her last name, Megan Washington has a brand new single, ‘Who Are You’, recorded in London at RAK Studios and Peter Gabriel’s New World and features production from Samuel Dixon (Adele, Sia) plus a guest appearance from Warpaint’s Stella Mozgawa on drums.

“She came over to London and we spent a couple of weeks recording the tracks,” Washington said of Mozgawa in an interview with Triple J in February. “Pretty much anything awesome has her on it.”

Washington broke into the Aussie music scene with 2010’s debut album I Believe You Liar and the Insomnia EP a year later, but new music is finally on the way after spending most of 2013 working in the UK on the yet-to-be-titled upcoming album.

Aussie fans can catch Megan Washington for three shows in March and early April in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
