In my experience most pagerank trackers are not entirely accurate but will give you a good idea of where you may be ranking. Manually is, of course, the most accurate way to find rankings. To make this easier you can set google to display 100 results at a time (go to search settings and turn of google instant, then toggle results to 100). Then hit control+F on your keyboard and search for your sites name.
