I am so curious about my cilantro seeds sprouting as two plants. I’m sure I only planted one seed per little hole that I made. What do you all know about this? You might have missed the day the first sprout came out. It probably is one plant with two or more shoots. Dont thin unless it grows into two plants by the time its 1 foot high.

Cilantro “seed” is a small round fruit that contains up to four real seeds. Sometimes all four will germinate and in your case two.
What you can do is google for a description of the cilantro plant and find ou about that small round “seed”.
The best time to thin them is at the time of cropping.
