Idea caused by David: How to “repair” a burned in brand on plastic?

I bought a Fluke Multimeter and wanted to brand my initials into the side (its very soft plastic/rubber material). I almost suceeded but screwed up. Is there a way to fill in the messed up letter with perhaps coloured plastic solder or something. Or even brand a blank slate across the whole thing and redo it?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. You can google “Fluke Multimeter” if you do not know what it is, but the material is soft plastic/rubber. Something like that.

There’s nothing you can do to repair the damage you caused to the old one. Perhaps Fluke could sell you a replacement outer casing. “plastic solder”? What on earth is plastic solder?

Have any idea better?
